Welcome to Villa 330, the Cottet property.
🚗 Gate and access
Open the gate with the remote control or the code 8642 A. The small manual-release key is on your key ring.
During a severe thunderstorm, the gate circuit breaker may trip.

📶 Internet
The Wi-Fi network name and password are printed on the internet router in the living room, next to the television.
⚡ Electricity
The electrical panel is in the small room just beyond the utility kitchen.
💧 Water
The water shut-off valve is in the garage and is not accessible to guests. If necessary, contact Philippe on 07 81 00 23 48.
The filtered water comes from the Canal de Provence. It is drinkable but may have a slight taste; bottled water is recommended for drinking.
🗑️ Rubbish and recycling
Household waste: large bins approximately 20 metres to the left after leaving the property.
Recycling: collection point at the first crossroads when leaving the house by car.
🌡️ Underfloor cooling
The system is already running. Please do not adjust the thermostats.
🪟 Sliding glass doors and blinds
Blind remote controls are kept near the glass doors. Please return them after use.
To open a sliding glass door, unlock the small pin in the upper corner by turning it a quarter turn. Green bedroom: remove the small wooden peg in the middle of the sliding door.
👨🔧 Caretaker and maintenance
Philippe lives near the property entrance. He looks after the pool and feeds the fish. 07 81 00 23 48.
Alain tends the garden on Thursdays from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.. Contact: 06 65 32 42 81.

Pool, garden and terrace
Please follow these instructions for your safety and to help maintain the property.
🏊 Pool maintenance
Philippe visits every two days : on weekdays at around 9:15 a.m., and on weekends at around 7 a.m..
Keep the pool water level at least halfway up the skimmers. You may run the pool cleaner in the evening; instructions will be given on arrival.

🚨 Pool alarm
Swimming mode: enter code 1234 to deactivate the alarm (flashing red light).
Monitoring mode: press OK twice to reactivate the alarm (flashing green light).
After swimming, always switch the alarm back to monitoring mode. Children must be supervised at all times.
💡 Pool lighting
On the grey remote control, press the 4th button from the bottom. The remote is on the wooden side table beneath the living-room stairs.
☀️ Terrace awning
First turn on the last switch next to the stairs (this also powers the socket by the terrace-side glass door), then use the awning remote on the wooden side table beneath the living-room stairs.
🔥 Barbecue safety
Charcoal barbecues are prohibited because of high summer temperatures and fire risk.

Approximate driving times from the villa in light traffic. Allow extra time in peak season.

Long sandy beach, swimming, paddleboarding and kayaking. Ideal for a family day out.
